Condolence & Memory Journal

Scott, Mark and Jeff, I just heard of your dad's passing and want to offer my sincere condolences. I remember the stories Jeff used to tell about him when we were kids. He is in a better place now. Prayers to all of you and your family.

Sincerest condolences Beverly. I only found out last night or I would have been there on Sunday. I hope you are OK - this is something more difficult than I can imagine to go through but God will carry you.

Sincere condolences to the Angelos family. Bill always seemed larger than life. Underneath his gruff exterior he was kind, funny and a trusted friend. Hard to believe he's gone. Rest in God's Peace Bill! Rich and Peg Carbone

Bill was one of the nicest guys in the Town Hall. It is true, he would buy everyone a box of candy at Christmas. We would tell him not to do it but he said he enjoyed doing it for all the women. Then he would laugh. He would make jokes at our office, saying we weren't working hard enough or something else like that. He loved giving us a hard time. He always had a smile when he stopped to see us. I would comment on his leather caps and how nice they were. I told him that I bought my father in law caps too. The next day, the catalog that Bill orders from was on my desk. Thats how thoughtful he was. We will surely miss his humor but most of all his kindness. Rest in peace Bill.

I worked with Bill on the Cedar Swamp Committee and also when I was a Selectman. He was a great guy and would always try to get us to get along within the different fractions at Town Hall over the years. I respected him for all his time and devotion to the town.
