Condolence & Memory Journal

I was lucky enough to have worked with Bernice for many years. She was the kind of person who always made you feel special. I wish that I had had the chance to see her more recently but feel privileged to have known her. Rest easy, Bernice.

Many of us at Hebrew SeniorLife's Marcus Institute for Aging Research have very fond memories of Bernice who served as our office manager for many years. She always had a smile, funny story, and positive regard for everyone. She was incredibly hard working, efficient, and organized, keeping us all on time and on target. She helped us introduce computers to our research operation and taught us how to use them. She made it possible for many of us to pursue successful research careers and build our Institute to what it is today. We miss her and send our deepest sympathy to her family.
