Thank you for your support during this difficult time. Please enhance this tribute to Tom by adding your memories and photos.

Thomas H. Carpenter, 68, died Thursday, August 3, 2020 in Boston, after a period of failing health. Born in Boston, son of the late Elmer J. and Kathleen T. Carpenter, he was raised and educated in Stoughton and was a longtime resident of Stoughton. He was a resident of West Acres Nursing Home in Brockton for the past 6 years and was beloved by the staff for his gentle nature. His friendly personality earned him the nickname "The Mayor of West Acres."

Tommy is survived by his sister, Kathleen E. Carpenter, and her family. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister Mary Ellen Carpenter.

A Private Graveside Service was held in the Forest Hills Cemetery in Boston. Donations in Tom's memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
